NAVIGATION DATA
Our web servers automatically record certain electronic information when you access the Site, including the name of your internet service provider, its web page address, the web pages you visit on the Site, and the date and duration of your visit.
IP addresses
IP address identification is necessary for us to be able to manage the Site and is particularly important in the diagnosis and prevention of technical problems, unauthorised intrusions and/or any abuse of any of the various services offered by the Site. IP addresses are not as a rule linked to any information that would identify you personally.
Cookies
As you surf the site, certain information that will allow us to identify your computer or browser will be picked up using files known as cookies. These are strings of encrypted text stored by a website on the user’s computer to allow more rapid identification on future occasions. These files mean that the website can be personalised and navigation can be made easier for the user. By identifying how often a user accesses individual pages, the information available can be better presented too. As a rule, the cookies we use only pick up anonymous information and thus will not result in your personal data being processed. The cookies may be used to record your login data for automatic recognition, removing the need for you to type in your User Name & Password each time you enter the Site.
You may at any time have the cookies to be disabled by modifying your browser settings but this may slow down or impede access to certain areas of the Site.
PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the Italian Legal Decree of June 30th 2003 no. 196 (Personal Data Protection Code), we are obliged to inform you that the personal details you voluntarily make available to Time Attack (hereafter referred to also as “the Company”) will be processed as permitted by current personal data protection legislation and by the code of privacy that inspires the Company’s activities.
1. Purposes of data processing
The personal details you make available to Time Attack will be used: (a) for the setting up and management of your access to the website; (b) for the management and execution of purchase orders you make; (c) to meet any requests made by you and for any necessary technical or organisational communications; (d) for the purposes of statistical and market research surveys and studies; (e) for the sending of informational and promotional bulletins which may or may not be commercial, advertising material and/or offers of goods and services via post, internet, telephone, email, MMS, SMS, from Italy or from abroad (including non-EU countries) (f) sending regular Newsletters.
2. Provision of data and consequences of refusal to provide data
The provision of your personal data is voluntary.
Nonetheless, any refusal by you to provide such details and/or the provision of false and/or incomplete information will prevent your joining the Site and hence the use of its contents and services. The information marked with an asterisk MUST be provided as it is essential for the purposes described in points 1 (b) and 1.(c) . any refusal to provide this information will prevent the Company from managing/executing your orders and thus from providing you with those services for which your personal details are essential.
3. Consumer rights
In relation to the above, you may exercise your rights as provided for by article 7 of Legal Decree of June 30th 2003, no. 196, transcribed below for your convenience.

ART. 7 – RIGHT TO ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS
1. The interested party has the right to confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his or her personal details, even if this data has not yet been recorded and to access to same in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to know:
a) the origin of said personal details;
b) the purposes for which and the means by which they will be processed;
c) the procedures that will be followed for processing completed using electronic means;
d) the identity of the controller, the data processing managers and the representative designated under the terms of Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the individuals/companies or categories of same with whom the personal data may be shared or who may become aware of same as the designated representative within Italian territory, data processing managers or staff.
3.The interested party has the right to:
a) update, correct or, if applicable, supplement the data;
b) the erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any illegally processed data, including data whose preservation is not required for the purposes for which the data was gathered or successively processed;
c) confirmation that the operations and content referred to in points a) and b) has been brought to the attention of the individuals/companies to whom the data have been communicated or with whom they have been shared, unless this proves impossible or involves the use of means which are disproportionate to the right involved.
4. The interested party has the right to object wholly or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of his/her personal data despite the fact that they were requested for pertinent reasons.
b) to the processing of his/her personal information for the purposes of contacting same for advertising or direct sales, for market research or commercial communications purposes.
